Before the season begins take some time to think how much fun and educational it can be for your children to grow vegetables and fruit that you can harvest right from you backyard.
Herbs and flowers can be incorporated in your garden. For the yard with deer, rabbits and the like, fencing can be installed rather inexpensively so you get your veggies not the critters. We do want to make these times easier and maybe even fun. Getting back to nature is really a blast.
